SE BMX
SE Racing has been one of the coolest and hippest BMX Bike brands for almost thirty years. In 1973, the famous Scot Breithaupt was the first person to organise & promote BMX racing and tournaments. Shortly afterwards, he created the bike company called SE Racing.
After 15 years of professional riding, SE Racing convinced the legendary Todd “Wildman” Lyons to hop off his bike for a minute to come in & make some radical changes to the 2006 SE Racing bike line. The tweaked SE Bmx is more awesome than ever & the latest BMX bike information is now available in the UK at here at wheeled fitness.
Our information sections cover BMX Bikes, SE Racing Bikes, SE BMX, SE Bikes & much, much more.
History of BMX Bikes
BMX bikes evolved in the early 1970's to the delight of many a young bike rider and cylclist. Before this time, chopper bikes were popular along with racing bikes. The BMX offered much more for the young kid and teenager. The BMX bike allowed more fun to be had: it was possible to balance, do stunts, try leaps and twist mid air on this new style, lightweight, durable bkie. This was a biking revolution!
The BMX generation grew up but still hankered after the great bmx biking style. This is what prompted SE Racing to produce contemporary bmx bikes, their SE BMX Bike ranges. These awesome bikes allowed for incredible fun as well as serious evolution due to advances in biking technology and manufacturing technology. A pedal-powered super bike was born. SE has further developed their range to include SE Racing bikes which are of such a high standard that they are used in racing tournaments the world over. THe SE Racing team is frequently to be seen on the winners podium at BMX bike races. |
